Background: Joseph was born of Samantha and Jason Montez. He was brought up learning the ways of the kingdom and who he was to respect. Joseph loved his parents and he respected them. One day his mother was sent out on a mission for the empire and she never returned. She was killed in battle when he was only 11. At the age of 12 Joseph follows in his mother's footsteps as he becomes a squire and begins to work his way up to become a Fafle Knight. At the age of 16 his father was killed in a house fire. Now, at the age of 19, Joseph is attempting to join his friend Susan Markington as a Fafle Knight.
