Volition Powers

Volition Powers are the special abilities that fill the world. These powers come from within and are thought to be caused by the presence of the Fallen Star. They can be amazing or rather mundane. Volition Powers come in 5 categories: Tier 0, Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier 4. Tier 0 powers are the weakest, about as effective as a street magic trick. Tier 4 powers are the most powerful Tier powers that can be obtained naturally. There is a special category of Volition Power that can only be obtained from the Fallen Star. These powers are ranked as Tier Flux powers and are the most powerful in the world.

Tier 0: 1 hour to learn; 10 exp per power

Tier 1: 1 day to learn; 50 exp per power

Tier 2: 1 week to learn; 100 exp per power

Tier 3: 2 weeks to learn; 200 exp per power

Tier 4: 1 month to learn; 400 exp per power

Tier Flux: can only be learned from the Fallen Star
