The RSRR had been around for long years by the time the FRF came to be. They viewed the smaller resistance as tools to further their own goals, but not as allies. And when approached for aid, the RSRR's leaders declined. Even when the FRF regained strength and resumed operations, the RSRR continued to view them as little more then kids playing a game. It actually got to the point that the RSRR changed their view to reflect the FRF as enemies along with Nissentia. Orders were given out to eliminate FRF members on sight.
